I didn't receive a notice that I was expecting?
The notifications are sent out within two minutes. If you have not received the notice you were expecting, it could be due to any of the following factors:
The email address for your account is missing or incorrect. Refer to Editing a user to correct.
The fax number for your account is missing or incorrect. Refer to Editing a user to correct.
There is a problem with your email account.
The notification engine is currently not operating. Contact System Support.
How do I get an email/fax confirmation of the information I submitted?
At the end of some processes, such as contract compliance responses and audit discrepancy resolutions, a confirmation number will be displayed on the success page. Click the button to email/fax yourself a confirmation notice.
