You can update the information that other users can see about your business. You can update ordering information, where and when a customer can submit an order; customer service information, where and when a customer can call a customer service representative; business information, where a customer can find your company's URL and basic company information; licenses and registration information, where a customer can find your licenses and certifications; vendor options, where a customer can view a list of the services you provide.
To edit your business profile
From the Edit Settings menu, point to Business Settings, and then click Vendor Profile.
The Profile window of the Vendor Console appears.
In the Order Information box, edit the following:
In the Phone field, edit the phone number.
(Optional) In the Fax field, edit or type the fax number.
(Optional) In the Email field, edit or type the e-mail address.
In the Hours field, use the lists to specify your hours. To specify your business is closed for all or part of the weekend, beneath Saturday and Sunday, select the Closed check box.
(Optional) In the Additional Information field, edit or type information you want other users to see.
(Optional) In the Customer Service Information box, if the customer service information is the same as the ordering information, select Same as Order Information; otherwise, edit the following:
In the Phone field, edit the phone number.
In the Fax field, edit or type the fax number.
In the Email field, edit or type the e-mail address.
In the Hours field, use the lists to specify your hours. To specify your business is closed for all or part of the weekend, beneath Saturday and Sunday, select the Closed check box.
In the Additional Information field, edit or type information you want other users to see.
(Optional) In the Business Information box, specify the information that displays about your business by doing the following:
In the Web Address field, edit or type the URL for your business.
In the Vendor Profile field, edit or type information about your business.
In the Number of Employees field, edit or type the number of employees at your company.
In the Annual Revenues field, edit or type the annual revenue of your company.
(Optional) In the Vendor Licenses, Registration Numbers and Other Information box, specify information about your licenses, license numbers, certifications, and organization memberships you belong to by doing the following:
In the Are you a "licensed vendor" for your industry? field, select Yes or No.
In the If yes, enter your license number(s) field, edit or type your license information in the Industry Name and License Number columns.
In the DUNS Number field, edit or type your DUNS number.
In the Certifications field, edit or type your certifications.
In the Organization Membership field, edit or type the names of organizations you belong to.
(Optional) In the Vendor Options box, specify your payment and delivery methods, return policy, and any special features your company has by doing the following:
In the Payment Methods field, select the names of the credit cards you accept, and select the other payment methods you accept, such as check or purchase order. Add additional information in the Additional Information field.
In the Delivery Methods field, select the delivery methods you use for shipping merchandise. Add additional information in the Additional Information field.
In the Return Policies field, select options for your return policy. Add details about your return policies in the Description field.
In the Special Features field, select the special features you use, such as secure payment or gift wrapping. Specify other special features in the Other field.
(Optional) Click Spell Check to check the spelling in your Vendor Profile.
Click Save to save your changes.
(Optional) Click View to view your Vendor Profile in the format other users will see.
