To report a problem
From the Tools menu, point to Messaging, and click Report a Problem.
The Messaging window appears.
In the Page Name field, type the name of the page for which you want to report a problem.
In the Date of Problem list, type the date the problem occurred, or from the calendar selector, select the date.
(Optional) In the Time of Problem lists, specify the time the problem occurred by selecting the hour and minute, and then select whether the time was AM or PM.
(Optional) In the What were you doing at the time? field, type a description of what you were doing when the problem occurred.
(Optional) In the Describe the Problem field, type a description of the problem you had.
(Optional) In the Additional Information field, type any additional information you would like to include about the problem.
(Optional) To attach a file, click Attach File. For more information about attaching files, see Attaching a file to a message.
(Optional) To check the spelling in the message, click Spell Check.
To send the message about the problem, click Submit.
