How can I view a list of my certifications?

How do I check the status of my application for certification?

How do I check the status of my active certification?

Who do I contact regarding my certification application?

  1. Refer to Viewing a list of your certifications.

  2. If a name is listed in the CCO column, click the name to send a message.

How do I update my certification details (address, phone, fax, email)?

  1. Refer to Viewing a list of your certifications.

  2. Click the View link to see the current details.

  3. Click Return to return to the list.

  4. If a name is listed in the CCO column, click the name to send a message.  Include full details of the changes.  You may be requested to submit your changes in writing.

NOTE: You cannot update your certification information.  Only the certifying organization has access to this information.  To update your account information, refer to Editing a User or Editing your business contact information.
